Description

The measuring cell consists of two measuring stations designed to ensure precise alignment and comprehensive quality inspection during the production process.

In the first measuring station, the spindle short piece and the gear short piece are aligned relative to each other using an eccentric. During this process, the length of both workpieces is also determined to ensure the correct positioning and preparation for the subsequent welding operation.

The second measuring station performs the final inspection of the welded rack. At this stage, the toothing and its position relative to the eccentric are checked, and the overall length of the component is measured.

In addition, a visual notch inspection of the weld seam is carried out using a camera system, ensuring the weld quality meets the required standards.
