Description
This semi-automatic measuring device is designed to measure transmission shafts used in passenger car electric motor gearboxes. The measurement process is carried out dynamically in two sequences to ensure precise inspection of critical dimensions and features.
The component is positioned between centers and rotated into the left measuring position, where it is clamped using a lever. At this stage, the diameter and runout are measured.
The component is then moved to the right measuring position, where additional measurements are performed, including overall length, groove width, and axial runout.
Rotation of the component is carried out by a motor to enable dynamic measurement. All measurement results are displayed graphically on a measuring computer, allowing operators to quickly evaluate the inspection results.
