The measuring cell is fully integrated into the production line, enabling reliable and automated production monitoring. Thanks to automatic handling and calibration, 100% final inspection can be achieved with a cycle time of just 25 seconds.
Dedicated operators are not required, as the necessary inspection tasks can be carried out by the machine operator alongside routine machine maintenance. This helps improve efficiency while maintaining consistent quality control.
